  • takes the pain out of stretching
  • protects one from injuring themselves by over-stretching

Four main pillars of activity make up the Personal BEST Program:

Benchmark (initial and periodic fitness testing)

Support (receive advice and counseling from our highly-qualified staff)
Train (you will work out with weights and engage in cardiovascular strengthening and stretching activities)

Here's what a current Personal BEST client recently had to say about the program:

I want to thank everyone for the support, patience and professionalism that has been shown to me during the Personal BEST program.  I was so out of shape that I felt I desperately needed this degree of intensity to try and turn my health around.  I am so happy I found ProperForm and I am so happy I signed up for your 8 week boot camp.  I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect workout gym and trainers for me.  Thank you for sharing your knowledge, your patience, and your endless encouragement.  I want everyone to know that I have dropped two dress sizes and feel stronger than I have in over a decade.  Thank you for making me sweat and smile all at the same time.  YOU GUYS ARE DA BOMB!!!

-Mercedes S., Recent Personal BEST “Graduate”

During the 8-week session, you will:

  • attend 6 mandatory 1-hour workouts each week and rotate among 3 trainers
  • receive daily guidance on your nutritional habits
