One size does not fit all |
|
|
The number of
Americans having purchased a health club membership is clear evidence that
a large percentage of the population wishes to become, or remain,
physically fit. Yet the most recent data from the National Center for
Health Statistics (a division of the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention) show that 61% of American adults are classified as overweight. |
 |
 |
A major reason
for this disparity is most people don't receive the guidance needed to
implement an effective fitness program. In fact, a large-club environment
can be detrimental to someone who is not experienced, or has little
knowledge of proper training technique, and attempts to "figure it out",
without help. |

Often times, those lucky enough to avoid physical injury are still left feeling unhappy about their results, or are
uncomfortable with the noisy and impersonal gym environment, or both. If you've had such an
experience, or simply wish to make positive changes to your level of
fitness and don't know where to start, we can help you. We work with those
who are new to any type of fitness program, to those who have been
training for as long as they can remember. |
So why aren't they
