Al has more than ten years of professional experience in the fitness industry, but has had a passion for achieving a high level of physical fitness as long as he can remember. Al has an exceptionally versatile training style, and has helped beginners and experienced athletes alike reach new levels of health and fitness.

 

Andrea Szebeni

AFAA-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor

Andrea has been a professional fitness trainer and group instructor for over eight years. In a previous role, she designed and implemented a successful in-home fitness, nutrition and wellness program for families. Andrea has a friendly yet firm training style designed to get results. She holds Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Management.

Chris Kordis

ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, Club Co-Owner

Chris has been a professional fitness instructor for over eight years. His sensitivity to the unique needs of those new to a fitness program comes from his own experience of having changed his life through improved health and nutrition. This experience, combined with Chris' motivational skills, makes him a highly-effective personal trainer.

 

George Pilibosian

General Manager, Club Co-Owner

George has over 18 years of business and management experience in the financial services industry. When he decided it was time to act on his desire to own a business, his love of exercise and fitness made the launch of Proper Form the perfect fit. George earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Jolene Noel

NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Jolene has over ten years of experience as a personal trainer and coach. The breadth of her experience is especially impressive, and she has worked with people of all backgrounds and levels-from young adults to older individuals and people recovering from surgeries. While Jolene is an expert at getting results, she does so with a warm and personal style.

 

Mary Farley

IFPA-Certified Personal Trainer

Mary had been training clients for several years on her own time, until she decided to make it a full-time career in 2004. She has an outgoing personality, and her firm yet attentive training style has helped many clients reach their goals more quickly than they thought possible. In addition, Mary's thirst for knowledge keeps her up-to-date with the latest training techniques. 

 

Miguel Nunez

IFPA-Certified Personal Trainer

Miguel has worked in the health and fitness industry for 17 years and has been a professional trainer for over two years. He has been a national-level bodybuilding competitor for 14 years but especially enjoys helping others achieve fitness goals they never thought possible. Miguel's compassion for his clients is evident from the start and his attention to detail is impressive.

 

Terrance Murphy

AFTA-Certified Personal Trainer

Terrance has been a certified instructor since 1997, and holds both personal training and kickboxing certifications, and is a USTU and Kukkiwon Certified Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Terrance has a warm personal style and training technique that makes his clients feel comfortable right away, and keeps them engaged throughout their fitness program.

 

Tiffany N. Lam

NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Tiffany, who holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science, has more than seven years of professional training experience. Tiffany's well-rounded fitness background makes her a versatile instructor who is able to help people at all levels. Tiffany's professional style and her attention to detail are impressive qualities that further enhance her training capabilities.
